It's been a long month! Unfortunately, surgery did not go as expected. At the last second, the anesthesiologist put the kabosh on the expected laparoscopic operation. Instead, they did a full abdominal surgery which meant I was in the hospital longer and recovery will take a lot longer. I have also been back in the hospital a couple of times since then. Ugh! I have been on a wound vac for the last couple of weeks as my incision opened back up. Not sure how much longer that will be - could be up to another month, but they keep saying it is looking good, so I am hopeful.
I still have a long road ahead of me with radiation coming up as well. However, I am feeling better now and can sit up for short periods. I've been keeping up with orders, product shares, retired 4 sale, and emails as that is easier to do with my laptop and help from my daughter. And I am starting to plan some classes, so look for those to be added soon. I am hoping to get back to a little stamping and posting this week. Fingers crossed!
Thanks so much for all the emails and prayers! It is deeply appreciated.
