TWITTERPATED ELEGANT BIRD SWAP CARD...

Tonight was my downline meeting, so I have the swaps I made for the meeting to share with you today.  I wanted to use the beautiful Elegant Bird Die from the Occasions Mini Catalog, as I know many of the demos don't have that one yet.  I also did another version with a different pattern from the DSP pack and a sentiment added, but my upline accidentally kept it.  When I get it back, I will post that version as well.

I punched two opposite corners of the white layer with the Scallop Trim Corner Punch and then embossed it with the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder.  I spritzed it with White Shimmer Mist (see recipe here:  Happy Birthday, America!) to give it a pearlized effect.  I cut the body of the bird from Blushing Bride and embossed it with Blushing Bride ink using the negative version of the Faux Letterpress Technique.  Enjoy!
